En tant que membre de l'équipe ADV, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

  • Traitement administratif des commandes clients dans le système ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012)
  • Facturation des commandes clients, avoirs
  • Réponses et aux demandes des clients
  • Mise à jour des données dans le système ERP
  • Gestion des commandes clients
  • Administration des prix et des licences dans l'ERP
  • Communication auprès des clients sur les délais de livraison
  • Approvisionnement (envoi et confirmation des bons de commande réception des marchandises)
  • Reporting

 

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire
  • Compétences linguistiques : Espagnol courant impératif (écrit & parlé), Anglais : niveau intermédiaire
  • Maitrise du Pack Office
  • Orienté satisfaction client
  • Esprit analytique
  • Rigueur dans l'application des procédures
  • Capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients
  • Polyvalence et autonomie
  • Travailler en équipe et avoir une excellente communication
  • Capacité d’organisation & à prendre des décisions
