For 160 years, Ascom has been at the forefront of healthcare technology, supporting over 12,000 hospitals worldwide and processing over 2 million alerts daily. Now, we are looking for a dedicated Order Administrator (80%) to support our logistics team.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle sales orders, order confirmations, and invoicing
• Provide pricing and delivery information, manage purchase orders, and monitor deliveries
• Administer export documents, customs declarations, and ensure compliance with regulations
•  Oversee repair orders, issue invoices and credits, and maintain accurate records
• Update logistics systems, generate reports, and support internal teams with administrative tasks
• Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages on a daily basis.
• This position requires a full-time on-site presence, and remote work options are not available.

Your Profile

Education & Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in order administration, logistics know how, or a similar role - e.g. Commercial Apprenticeship / Service & Repairs Coordinator
• Experience in customs handling, export documentation, and international shipments

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong understanding of customs declarations and export regulations
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Customer-focused with a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines
