About the Role
As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ascom, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across multiple regions and functions, from entry-level to executive roles. Your work will directly influence how we continue to deliver cutting-edge healthcare solutions worldwide by ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
This role is about more than hiring: it’s about strengthening our employer brand, shaping the candidate experience, and ensuring global compliance in all recruitment activities.
What You’ll Do
- Global Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Partner with hiring managers globally to define requirements and craft impactful job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Candidate Experience & Selection
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the process with timely updates and constructive feedback.
- Coordinate interviews with managers and stakeholders across countries.
- Employer Branding & Outreach
- Represent Ascom at career fairs, industry events, and on digital platforms.
- Build long-term relationships with universities, associations, and talent networks.
- Support marketing campaigns to boost our presence on social media, careers pages, and employer rating sites.
- Data & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track KPIs and generate insights to optimize the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on international recruitment.
- Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- High cultural sensitivity and ability to thrive in diverse settings.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
